Wednesday Night Compassion Meditation Sangha: 8 Meditations for Self-Value and Self-Worth

A 25-minute meditation practice to help you cultivate inner strength and a sense of your innate self-worth. Winter nights are long and cold, and we will warm them up by connecting to ourselves and seeing our own beauty and value with dignity and self-love.

At 8 pm every Wednesday night for the next 8 weeks, we'll do a 25-minute meditation practice to help you cultivate inner strength and a sense of your innate self-worth.

Winter nights are long and cold, and we will warm them up by connecting to ourselves and seeing our own beauty and value with dignity and self-love.Each meditation is unique.You'll receive the recording right after, so if you can't make it live, you'll still get to benefit.I know even the busiest meditators (or meditators-to-be) can fit this into their schedule.
