Wednesday Night Self-Compassion Meditation Sangha: June and July 2023

Summer can be a hard time to meditate regularly.

We'll do a 25-minute live guided meditation together at 8 pm on each Wednesday in June and July.

These practices combine self-compassion, relaxation, and awareness for your happiness, health, and inner peace.
