Making your wishes come true is a practice of awareness, listening to yourself, setting your intentions, and cultivating energy (enough energy to make your wishes come true), self-compassion (enough compassion for yourself to hear what your true wishes are), and compassion for all beings. We will also study the science of willpower together.
