In Sanskrit and Pali “sangha” means a group of people that supports each other in the path to growth;

A community that supports each other in each better understanding themselves.

In Sanskrit “sangha” literally means “connection that brings joy, growth and fulfillment.” This is what we hope to create in the Happiness Sangha. It is a way for the modern individual to get scientifically-backed spiritual teachings from ancient traditions, all in an understandable, modern context.
